Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for ordering with DairyLink UK Ltd. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

In the event of an order being placed in error, if we are informed within the first 24 hours then we are able to issue a full refund to you.

Unfortunately, if we are informed after this then we may not be able to process a full refund, however we will be able to refund you for any milk that has not yet been delivered.

If you wish at any point to cancel your order with us then again, we will be happy to refund you for any milk that has not yet been delivered.

If your child leaves the school where the milk has been ordered and paid for, you will need to notify us as soon as possible to ensure that you are refunded for the remainder of the payment term.

If you are placing an order after the cut-off date or start of the term, then you will need to select the ‘late start date’ when registering your child’s details. If this is not selected, you will be charged from the start of the half term that you are paying for. In this situation, we cannot guarantee that a refund will be processed.
